LOW COST THERAPY SESSIONS

At Ivory Lotus Therapy, we support and encourage the new generation of therapists by offering a space for them to practice. We have free and low cost therapy provided by our Interns with limited availability.

Session Time

Sessions run from 45-60 minutes depending on a variety of factors.

Office based sessions are held at 225 NE Dartmoor Drive Suite 300 in Waukee, Iowa and 2700 University Avenue Suite 308 in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Telehealth sessions are conducted with a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy room through Simple Practice.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please make sure you give at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise, you may be charged a late fee.

Approach & Techniques

With a client-centered approach, we will determine together which modality of treatment is the best fit. We customize the approach to your needs. 

We have a medication management provider on our team who is able to help with prescribing mental health medication. Please head over to our ‘The Team’ page to learn more about Tara!

We also coordinate with any of your existing prescribers, you do not need to switch if you are satisfied with the service.
